My knowledge on this bill is not very extensive, but here it is.
This is the primary purpose of the bill as stated on page 1.
"A BILL
To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans
and reduce the growth in health care spending, and
for other purposes."
What scares me is the last part...."for other purposes."
